Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about getting started at MovementPRO PT.
We are a cash-based clinic, which means we don't bill insurance directly. We accept payment in full or monthly installments and accept HSA and FSA funds. We also provide superbills so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement on your own.
Every session is a full hour, one-on-one with your physical therapist. Most people start with one to two visits per week, then adjust based on progress and goals. We build your schedule around your training, not the other way around.
Usually not. We take an active approach and work with your training plan to modify loads or intensity when needed. For most people, staying active is part of the process — not something we take away.
Being cash-based means every session is a full hour with your PT — no aides, no rushed visits, no insurance-driven shortcuts. You're getting individualized attention, a real plan, and care that's built around your goals, not a billing code.
Wear athletic clothes you can move in — shorts or leggings and a t-shirt work well. If you're a runner, bring your current shoes. If you're dealing with a lifting issue, be ready to show us the movement so we can assess it properly.
