Strength & Conditioning in Derry, NH

Train With a Plan — Not a Prayer

Getting back to training after injury — or breaking through a plateau — takes more than motivation. It takes the right program. Our strength and conditioning support is built for active adults and athletes who want to move with confidence, load progressively, and stop guessing what they should be doing next.

What Happens Without the Right Program

You Keep Running Into the Same Wall

Training without structure after an injury isn't courage — it's a pattern. Without a progressive plan built around your actual capacity, you'll keep reloading the same weak links and wondering why the same things keep breaking down.

Progress Stalls and Momentum Dies

Generic programs aren't built for your body, your history, or your goals. When things stall, most people either push harder and get hurt, or pull back and lose the fitness they worked hard to build.

The Gap to Full Training Stays Open

There's a real space between finishing rehab and training freely again — and most people are left to navigate it alone. Without structured guidance, that gap stays open and full performance stays just out of reach.

What Our Athletes Are Saying

Athletes and active adults across southern NH on what it feels like to train with real structure behind them.

MovementPRO and Jeremy are amazing! He made rehab so simple and guided me every step of the way so I knew exactly what was coming next. You will never need another PT again after coming here!

Fantastic experience getting my back to work properly again. Perfect blend knowledge and methods. I highly recommend movement pro physical therapy.
Joseph Bowe
Jeremy is an amazing physical therapist. I am a 65 year old woman, and I had ankle surgery in the spring and followed up with the hospital PT. After being discharged, my balance was still quite poor. I recognize that full healing takes a year or more, but I want to be stronger, have an active lifestyle and prevent future injuries. Jeremy custom designs sessions that are focused on my needs. Sessions are both challenging and fun. He encourages me and I have been pleasantly surprised by my progress. My balance has improved, I’m stronger now than I have been in a long time, and am continuing to get stronger. Most importantly, I feel hopeful and excited about the fun challenges ahead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about strength and conditioning at MovementPRO.

Is this rehab or training?

It depends on where you are. For some people it's a structured bridge from physical therapy back to full performance. For others it's performance-focused programming to move, lift, and compete better. We sort that out together during your initial consult.

Do I need to have been injured to work with you?

Not at all. If you're an active adult or athlete who wants smarter programming and more structure behind your training — regardless of injury history — strength and conditioning support can be a great fit.

How is programming delivered?

We discuss format during your initial consult — in-person, remote, or a combination — so your program fits the way you actually train, not the way a generic template assumes you do.

How often will my program change?

We update your program based on how you're adapting and progressing. Adjustments happen when they make sense for your training — not on an arbitrary calendar schedule.

Can I combine this with physical therapy?

Yes — and it often makes sense to. Your strength and conditioning program is designed to work alongside your PT plan so both are moving you in the same direction at the same time.

Still have questions?

We're happy to talk through how strength and conditioning fits your situation before you commit to anything.
