FAQs
Answers to the most common questions we hear about physical therapy and getting started at MovementPRO.
We are a cash-based practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. You pay for your care at the time of your visit, either in full or through monthly installments. We also accept HSA and FSA payments. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
We typically get new patients on the schedule within the week. If you're not sure yet whether we're the right fit, the best first step is a free phone consult, it's a no-pressure conversation to talk through what's going on and what we can do to help.
Your first visit is a one-on-one evaluation with a physical therapist. We take a full hour to understand your movement, your history, and your goals. By the end of the visit, you'll have a clear picture of what's going on and a plan to start addressing it.
Every session at MovementPRO is one-on-one with a physical therapist for the full hour. No aides, no crowded gyms, no 15-minute check-ins. We take an active approach and build individualized plans focused on returning you to training, running, or sport, not just reducing pain in isolation.
Yes. We offer telehealth sessions for patients across New Hampshire who prefer to work with us remotely or can't make it into the clinic. It's a great option for program check-ins, movement coaching, and follow-up care.
